2.Drink java. Having a cup of coffee once a day risks mouth and throat cancers by about 50 percent. Also, it lowers risk of breast cancer and ovarian cancers. Use skim or low fat milk.
3.Eat carbs! Yes you heard me correctly. All protein and no carbs can make one dizzy. if you wish to lose weight, do eat everything in moderation. Your body needs carbs. You do not have to eat white starches to get it either. Whole grains and wheat, lots of veggies are also carbs, the healthy ones, the figure friendly ones. So enjoy. It&#039;s brain food!
